University of Bradford
EMF Pioneer University – Bradford, north UK
Bradford was among the first to partner with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation (EMF) as a Pioneer University. The University provides a masters-level MBA, through their internationally regarded digital Distance Learning platform which allows you to study at a time, place and pace to suit you.
Your studies in the Circular Economy course will include:
- regenerative product design to hold on to critical resources
- new business models, such as re-manufacturing
- reverse logistics
- materials, resources, energy and competitiveness
- operations, marketing and strategic management
The studies include a combination of self-study, online teaching and group discussions. This means you can fit your learning around your work and home commitments, and complete the MBA at your own pace in two to six years. If necessary and work or family life is particularly busy, you can even pause in your studies and restart at a later date.
Study Locations other than home – University of Bradford
Circular Economy students are not required to attend any sessions directly at University of Bradford, School of Management. However, students can chose to study up to three modules (each running over 3-5 days) at the School of Management or at one of our partner institutions in Singapore or Dubai for no extra cost (other than travel and subsistence costs).
All students start their studies by taking the ‘Circular Economy – Basic Principles and Concepts’ module. This module provides a firm understanding on the key issues associated with the Circular Economy. Students are then expected to take two subjects (modules) every three months.
